Role of coronary arteries in patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective: To assess the role of coronary arteries in acute syndrome patients who have survived sudden cardiac arrest.
 Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted Department Cardiology at Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi Institute Cardiology, Multan from 1st May 2021 to October 2021. total 203 were diagnosed with arrest included as subjects study. Baseline data all including age, sex, body mass index, history smoking, diabetes and hypertension noted. Coronary angiography performed within five days after admission hospital due SCA.
 Results: The average age 52.61±11.09 years. There 140 (68.97%) male 63 (31.03%) female patients. 131 (64.53%) STEMI 72 (35.47%) Non-STEMI. LMCAD 29 (14.29%) patients, RCA 88 (43.35%) LAD 174 (85.71%) Patients LCX 41 (20.20%) patients.
